"The composition opens with notes of juniper paired with cypress – the symbolic tree of Tuscany – accompanied by the distinctive aroma of centuries-old olive trees offset by the bark of Tuscan poplar. This complex, unique top – with wood notes normally found in the base underpinning the structure of a perfume – sits heavily and predominantly on an even more complex middle which disorients even the most experienced, expert nose, with echoes of red Indian patchouli intertwined with the mystique of frankincense and myrrh contrasting boldly against Tuscan leather.
