At Scentsgift, we take pride in providing only the highest quality and most authentic sample perfumes for our customers. We understand that when it comes to fragrances, the experience is personal, and we want to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase.

That's why our team of professionals carefully hand decant each sample from the original manufacturer's bottles and prepare them at the time of order to ensure maximum freshness. With this attention to detail, we can guarantee that our samples are of the highest quality and authenticity.

However, we do want to make our return and exchange policy clear. Due to the personal nature of fragrances, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on sample perfumes. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity of our decants and to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you do not like the scent or if your experience is not what you expected. We understand that fragrance is a personal preference and may not always meet your expectations, but we are confident in the quality and authenticity of our samples.

 

Full Bottle

We can only accept unopened and unused bottles within 30 days of receiving the item.

To initiate a return, please send an email to info@scentsgift.com, and our customer service team will provide you with detailed instructions. Please note that the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees associated with returning the product.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original form of payment. Our goal is to make the return process as seamless and stress-free as possible, and we are committed to providing excellent customer service at every step of the way.

 

Damaged Items

At Scentsgift, we take great care in packaging our sample bottles to ensure they arrive safely and securely. Our samples are carefully placed in metallic covers and are wrapped and secured to reduce the chance of damage during shipping.

While we do our best to prevent any mishaps during the shipping process, we understand that accidents can happen. If your package does happen to be damaged during transit, we ask that you snap a photo within 72 hours of receiving the item and send the image, along with the name of the damaged item, to info@scentsgift.com.

Our customer service team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return or exchange the damaged item. We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, and we are committed to providing excellent customer service every step of the way.

Please note that we highly recommend opting for Route Package Protection, as we cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the postal courier. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.
