Shipping Rates

For shipping destinations not explicitly mentioned above, rates will be calculated at checkout.

Currently, we are shipping exclusively to the USA and Canada. However, we are actively exploring options to expand our shipping capabilities to countries outside of North America. Please stay updated for future announcements!

Domestic Shipping

Standard shipping within the United States typically takes between 3 to 5 business days.

Canada Shipping

For our customers in Canada, standard shipping times are slightly longer, taking between 7 to 10 business days.

Signature on Delivery

Depending on factors such as the order value, shipping address, and customer history, a signature may be required upon delivery.

Understanding Delivery Time

The delivery time for your order is made up of two components - shipping time (also known as handling time) and transit time. The shipping time refers to the period it takes us to prepare and ship your order. Transit time is the period your package spends with the courier on its way to you.

Estimated Delivery Time

Please keep in mind that the provided delivery times are estimates and are subject to potential variations, especially during holiday seasons. Rest assured, we are committed to ensuring your order reaches you as swiftly as possible, and we appreciate your understanding during peak periods. 

Order Total

Please be aware that your order total does not include shipping, tax, or any optional Route Protection fees. These costs are calculated separately and applied after any discounts.

Order Cancelation/Return

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with returned items. These charges encompass the return shipment cost, applicable taxes, and 10% re-stocking fees, except in cases of Company error.

Undelivered, Unclaimed, Refused, or Returned Packages

A 10% re-stocking fee will be applied as necessary. The original shipping cost remains non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, refused, or returned packages, except in cases of Company error.

For packages with free shipping, the shipping cost will be evaluated and deducted from the final reimbursement. Any shipping expenses incurred for returning the product will not be refunded, unless due to Company error. Non-refundable shipping policies apply to both domestic and international shipments.

International Duties and Taxes

Customers outside the United States are responsible for any customs and destination tax fees. We recommend checking local customs regulations to avoid any unexpected charges.
