"Freeze frame. Heated by the embers, pieces of oud burn. We witness the metamorphosis of an extraordinary wood that reveals all its depth. However, this is only a vision. Master perfumer Alberto Morillas has chosen not to use the natural essence of the famous wood and instead to evoke its olfactory memory. His emotions evoked by the memory of the embers turning crimson, the fine volutes perfuming the body, the fabrics and the skin.

In this woody memory, Alaskan cedar is the undisputed protagonist. Rarely used in perfumery, it gently reveals shades of leather and incense. Refreshed by coriander and bergamot, it burns on contact with cade wood. Incandescent and radical, it is rounded off by floral notes of rose and iris. And the volute finally becomes a wake."
