    I had to pay the customs fee in advance, but the items never arrived. I also never received a refund for the customs fee I paid. The seller did very little to help resolve the situation, and I am now out of pocket with no products to show for it. Very disappointing experience, and I certainly will not be purchasing from them again.

    It was an alright fragrance. It was enjoyable and the ingredients were blended well. Not what I expected from a Maison Francis fragrance however.
