The inspiration for this fragrance comes from Carolina A. Herrera’s first trip to the Middle East, where she fell in love with the Arabian tradition of incense and the golden hues of sand dunes at dusk.

Gold Incense is a refined ambery fragrance based on a Boswellia Sacra incense accord that merges with Atlas cedarwood and labdanum to create a warm, intense, and fascinating trail. Opening notes of marigold deliver a singular vibrancy, whereas a subtle vanilla caviar from Madagascar underlines the impression of opulence."
