Cuir Améthyste Eau de Parfum is Mr. Armani's tribute to Russian leather accord, one of the most famous icons of perfumery. In the middle of the Russian steppes, the Cossack warriors cared for their leather boots by rubbing them with a mixture of birch bark.

Over time, the leather was permeated with resin-like notes of an animal fragrance. The fragrance dares to use pure essence of fiery silver birch, revealing animal notes contrasted by the solar energy of Calabrian bergamot. Cuir Améthyste is a second-skin fragrance, sensual and captivating."
