Addictive Vibration

I gave this 5 stars because those that like this scent profile would do well to buy this! It doesn't deserve less than that because I don't prefer this style.

It is a powerhouse like the rest of Initio. I wouldn't call this "old lady" because it's not, but it's got a very vintage (almost dated) vibe to it.

As soon as I smelled it on me, my hubby and I both agreed it was very similar to the sweet & rich fragrances of women his grandmother's age. I used to wear Wildfox when I was younger and have been searching for a replacement, I thought this would be it but sadly, it's not.

At the start it is a swirled, syrupy combo of honey and powdery orchid with just a hint of apple. It stays like this throughout most of it's development but after about 2 hours the rich honey dies away and it's a vanilla, powdery orchid. Funnily enough, one of my all time fave frags is VC&A Vanilla Orchidee.

I think people that like old school masterpieces by Guerlain would appreciate this! It's expertly blended, has a really good scent bubble with about 10-12 hours on the skin. Just sadly, not for me!
